Do we need to fix something? We take constructive criticism really well.  We promise.

Before You Report a Bug?

Take a moment to check the Issue Tracker, and talk to your peers on Community and IRC channel to verify that the bug hasn't already been reported.

Once you've confirmed that it is really a bug, use our issue tracker to file it.

Should I File a Bug?

Absolutely. We rely on contributors like you to help us improve the Metasploit Framework. It is a work in progress, and we are continually looking for ways to make it the best penetration testing tool out there. So file away!

How Do I File a Bug?

Before you can file a bug, you need to set up a user account with GitHub. Once that's done, go to the GitHub issue page, and be sure to be familiar with the Contribution Guidelines.
