See only the vulnerabilities you want to see | product
You can now tailor your view of the vulnerabilities displayed in the Vulnerability Listing table of the Web interface. By applying filters similar to those used for dynamic asset groups, you can display specific vulnerabilities based on criteria such as risk scores or certain sites that contain affected assets. This allows you to limit the sheer number of vulnerabilities displayed in the table or to see only high-priority vulnerabilities.
See a short video about this feature.
More relevant policy scan results | product
If a service authentication issue occurs during a policy scan, policy rule results will no longer default to Not Applicable (N/A).
Accurate summary data for simultaneous scans | product
A bug fix ensures that the summary data for sites and assets updates correctly after simultaneous scans of a site, or when a vulnerability exception is applied to an asset not discovered in the most recent scan of a site.
Better handling of vulnerability exceptions in certain situations | product
A bug fix corrects an issue in which applying an instance-level vulnerability exclusion on a vulnerability summary page did not update the Affects table under certain circumstances, even though the exception was always applied.
End-of-life for 32-bit installations
Rapid7 will end support for 32-bit versions of Nexpose on May 7, 2014, for both Windows and Linux operating systems. After that date, Rapid7 will not test Nexpose or provide updates, bug fixes, or technical support for Nexpose on 32-bit installations. For more information, see the end-of-life policy at http://www.rapid7.com/docs/end-of-life-policy.pdf.
