Login problems? Not receiving password reset emails from the Rapid7 Community site?

This guidance only applies to the Rapid7 Community (this site) -- it does not apply to any log-in issues with the Customer eSupport Portal or for any Rapid7 products.


If you are having trouble logging in to your Rapid7 Community site account:

  • Try resetting your password if you are having trouble logging in to this website, the Rapid7 Community (https://community.rapid7.com).
    • The email usually arrives almost instantly, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive
    • Please check your spam folders for the password reset email


If you still haven't received a password reset email

If after some time or several attempts to reset your password you still haven't received an email prompting you to reset your password, your account may have been temporarily disabled.  To have your account re-enabled, please email us at community at rapid7 dot com.
