If you are a Rapid7 customer, you can access the Rapid7 Customer eSupport Portal, which contains customer-submitted product RFEs and Support Cases. Access can only be granted to the eSupport Portal via your Customer Success Manager. You cannot self-register for the eSupport portal.
Your eSupport Portal access information is completely separate from your Rapid7 Community (this site) login information.
